You need to click on the button with your username in the upper right corner and select the 'My Profile' menu item:
In the new window, you need to switch the notification settings. Select 'Via Odoo':
Now notifications from Odoo will not come to your email but will appear directly in the system.
Separately, you can configure the recipients of the digest mailing and its frequency. To do this, you need to go to the module 'Settings' - section 'General Settings':
From the list of digests, we select the one we are interested in and configure its frequency and recipient list:
