In this Privacy Policy, we define our Company as "we," "us," and "our."

The company is an official partner of the Belgian company Odoo SA, located at: 40, Chaussée de Namur, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

We process your personal data only with your consent, provided during registration on the Website https://unitsoft.com.ua/ and the creation of a User Account. When creating an Account, by clicking the 'Register' or 'Login' button, and also when submitting any web form or sending messages to the email and messengers listed on the Website, you agree to the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data. By registering on the site https://unitsoft.com.ua/ and/or using it, you automatically consent to the processing of personal data.

Your consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary. Lack of consent to the processing of personal data does not allow you to register on the Website and/or use your Account.

According to the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-IV dated 01.06.2010, we are defined as a 'controller'/'processor of personal data'. This means that we can collect personal data about you during communication with us, and we determine how this personal data is used. In this Policy, we define how we process personal data, your rights, and options regarding the use of your personal data. This Policy applies when we act as a processor of personal data concerning your personal data. We are obliged to protect your privacy. However, not providing us with your personal data may disrupt your use of our services or your interaction with us.

Data being processed

The data provided by users when filling out the registration form or performing other actions on the website is used to create an account in the Odoo system at the user's request, to provide personal access to selected services, for collecting statistics in web analytics services such as GA4, and for preparing special personalized marketing offers and sending them through marketing communication channels such as email newsletters, messenger messages, and SMS messages.

Account and contact details:

When you register on our website to use or download one of our products or to subscribe to one of our services (Odoo Online, Free Trial, Odoo Apps, Odoo.sh, etc.) or fill out one of our contact forms, you voluntarily provide us with certain information. This usually includes your name, company name, email address and phone number, postal address (when an invoice or delivery is required), your business sector and interest in Odoo, as well as a personal password.

We never record or store credit card information from our clients and always rely on trusted third-party payment processors, PCI-DSS compliant, for credit card processing, including for recurring payments.

In particular, we will never collect information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, or sexual life.

Browser data:

When you visit our website and access our online services, we detect and store your browser's language and geolocation to tailor your experience according to your country and language. Our servers also record summary information sent by your browser for statistical, security, and legal purposes: your IP address, the time and date of your visit, your browser version and platform, and the webpage that referred you to our website.

Form protection:

Some forms on our site may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA. This technology is based on heuristics, which are based on the technical characteristics of your browser and device, and may also use certain Google cookies.

Customer databases:

When you subscribe to the Odoo cloud service and create your own Odoo database (for example, by launching a free trial), any information or content you send or upload to your database is your own, and you have full control over it.

Similarly, when you upload a local database to the Odoo Upgrade website, you own the data in it.

This data often includes personal information such as: your list of employees, your contacts and clients, your messages, photos, videos, etc. We collect this information only on your behalf, and you always retain ownership and full control over this data.

In-App Purchase (IAP) transaction data:

When you use Odoo in the Odoo cloud or on your own deployments, some additional In-App Purchase services may be active by default. This typically includes autofill features that help you quickly enter customer and supplier information, as well as integration with third-party service providers for sending and receiving SMS, paper letters, etc.

When you use these services without payment, some necessary transaction data is sent to Odoo cloud services and must be transferred to third-party services for service execution.

Data required for the site

The data necessary for the service, which is filled out in the website registration form, as well as browser cookies. By filling out the form or performing any actions on the website, the user voluntarily agrees to provide their personal data.

Purpose of collecting personal information.

The purpose of using user information is to prepare a personalized offer for the user according to their interest. The name provided in the registration form is necessary for personal addressing. In the company's letter, you will receive information about news, courses, trainings, and special offers.

All provided information is not transferred to third parties. The only exception to the rule may be compliance with legal requirements. Users' personal data is stored on special European servers where all information is protected.

In accordance with international control standards, we not only collect data but also bear full responsibility for its preservation.   • permission for the processing of personal data granted to the data owner in accordance with the law solely for the exercise of their powers;

International transfers of your personal data

  • The transfer of personal data to foreign entities related to personal data is carried out only if the respective state provides adequate protection of personal data in cases established by law or an international treaty of Ukraine.
  • States that are members of the European Economic Area, as well as states that have signed the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, are recognized as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines the list of countries that provide adequate protection for personal data.

Personal data cannot be disseminated for purposes other than those for which they were collected.

Personal data may be transferred to foreign entities related to personal data relations, also in the event of:

  • the data subject's explicit consent to such transfer;
  • the necessity of concluding or executing a transaction between the owner of personal data and a third party - the subject of personal data for the benefit of the subject of personal data;
  • the necessity to protect the vital interests of personal data subjects;
  • the necessity to protect public interest, establish, enforce, and secure a legal claim;
  • providing by the data owner appropriate guarantees of non-interference in the personal and family life of the data subject.

We may also disclose your personal data when such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

We also inform you that we reserve the right to disclose your personal data to third parties if practically all of our assets are acquired by a third party, the personal data we store may be one of the transferred assets.

Retention and deletion of personal data
