Development and implementation of the solution

 Development and implementation of the translation module

Using OpenAI technologies, automatic translation of the site into 9 languages was implemented. This significantly expanded Gluestream's audience, allowing the company to effectively interact with international clients.


Further development plans

The created website became an important step in simplifying the customer interaction process. The next stage of development is integration with chat assistants working with ChatGPT, which will allow for even more effective user service and increased automation.

Currently, the company uses the Odoo CRM system, but plans to expand functionality to a full business management cycle in the future, including procurement, sales, and production processes.
