TurboSMS Instruction

1. Module description

This module provides a detailed analysis of all sent messages (Phone number, Client, Error type, SMS status, and others). A user with Administrator access will be able to find this report in the Technical - Phone/SMS - SMS section.

By opening any message in the list, you will be able to see through which provider it was sent, the sender's name, the recipient's name, the message status, and the message ID in the TurboSMS service. If the message was not sent, in the upper right corner of this window you will also be able to see the reason for the error.

2. Module configuration

To start working with the TurboSMS module, you need to visit the TurboSMS website (https://turbosms.ua/) and register or log in to your personal account if you are already their client. On the left in the settings menu, select the API Settings item, check the box next to HTTP API (or according to the provided image) and copy the current token for further entry into the Odoo system.

Next, you need to go to Odoo, select the Apps category, click the Update App List button (located on the left in the top row), and enter "TurboSMS" in the search bar, install the found modules. The next step will be to go to the Technical - Phone/SMS - SMS Providers section, select TurboSMS, activate and open it.

To complete, you need to enter the token obtained in the TurboSMS interface into the HTTP auth token field. After that, by clicking the Update balance button, you will be able to get the balance of money in your TurboSMS account. In the Default sender field, you see the default sender name, in this field you should enter the names of senders (for both SMS and VIBER) that are configured in your TurboSMS account (https://turbosms.ua/) in the Senders menu.
