In Odoo, there are two modules for working with sales:
- Sales
- Cash register terminal
For both modules, it is possible to create and use price lists. The product price will be automatically pulled from the price list, but if necessary, it can be changed manually.
In the "Sales" module, this function is always active. You just need to click on the price in the order and adjust it:
In the "Cash Register" module, the price change function is also active. To change the price, select the item in the receipt and click the "Price" button:
Specify the new price of the product:
If you need to revoke the right for regular users to change the price in the "Cash Terminal" module, you need to make certain settings. To do this, go to the "Settings" module, navigate to the "Cash Terminal" section, and check the "Price Control" option:
Now only users with point of sale manager rights will have access to change the price.
